If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please feel free to reach out to me at evasbubbliebowtique@gmail.com. I do not offer returns, as all items are made specifically based on what you chose at checkout. Please make sure you choose the correct style, backing and size needed. If you happen to choose the wrong style, backing or size by mistake, feel free to reach out to me via Facebook or my email evasbubbliebowtique@gmail.com and I will do my best to change your order! If a mistake is made on my end (wrong sizing, wrong back or wrong style) I will do whatever is necessary to fix the problem. Whether that is replacing the item (if available) with the correct item or refunding your order. I do not offer exchanges. 

If an order must be returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
